Delete your AlloEh account

You can delete your AlloEh account and the personal data linked to it. This page explains how to request deletion and what we remove or keep.

How to delete your account (in the app)

1. Open the AlloEh app and sign in with your phone number.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Delete account (danger zone at the bottom).
4. Read the warning, then tap Delete my account permanently.

Deletion cannot be undone. You will be signed out immediately.

How to request deletion if you cannot open the app

1. Open AlloEh → Profile → Help and send a message that says you want your account deleted, including the phone number on the account.
2. Or email the same request from a mailbox we can match to your account.

We process web or Help requests within 30 days.

Data we delete

When the account is deleted we erase or disconnect:

• Your profile (name, phone number, photo, gender, roles)
• Saved addresses
• Wallet balance in the app
• Reviews you wrote
• Sign-in so that phone number can no longer open this account

Data we may keep for a limited time

We may retain order receipts, cash-settlement records, and safety or fraud reports as required by Lebanese law or to resolve disputes, usually up to 24 months, then delete or anonymize them. We do not sell this data.
