AlloEh Privacy Policy

AlloEh (“we”, “us”) is a rides and delivery app operating in Lebanon (launch area: Shmustar and nearby towns). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account: phone number and name used to create and sign in to your account.
• Location: precise location while you use rides, deliveries, or drive online, so we can match trips, show ETAs, and complete jobs.
• Orders: pickup and drop-off details, fare, status, and order history for receipts and support.
• Messages: in-app chat between you and a driver or shop for the active order.
• Photos: profile photos and, for drivers or shops, documents you upload for verification.
• Device and notifications: a push token so we can send job, order, and status notifications.

2. How we use data

We use this data to operate the service: sign you in, match drivers, show maps and ETAs, complete deliveries, store receipts, review driver and shop applications, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

During an active trip or delivery we share what is needed to complete the job (typically first name, pickup/drop-off, and phone number) with the assigned driver or business. We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, and notifications) and Google Maps to run the app. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

4. Retention

We keep account and order records while your account is active and as needed for receipts, safety, and legal requirements. You can request account deletion in the app under Profile.

5. Your choices

• You can turn off location when you are not using the app. Rides and deliveries need location while a trip is active.
• You can refuse notification permission; some job and order alerts will not work.
• You can request account deletion in Profile. After deletion we remove or anonymize personal data except where law requires us to keep it.

6. Children

AlloEh is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
