AlloEh Terms of Service
1. Service
AlloEh connects riders, drivers, businesses, and delivery partners in Lebanon. We are a technology platform — drivers and businesses are independent partners, not employees of AlloEh.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid phone number and accurate profile details. You are responsible for activity on your account and must keep your device secure.
3. Rides and deliveries
Fares and delivery fees are shown before you confirm. You must confirm receipt of food and package deliveries in the app. Cancelling after a driver is assigned may incur a fee.
4. Liability
AlloEh is not liable for items lost or damaged during delivery beyond what local law requires. Report issues in the app within 24 hours.
